About the Artist
My name is Chris Benedict, AKA DJ of Ability. I got my start believe it or not in 9th grade. My teacher wanted to do a dance party I said OK one time…one time only, well that one time turned into a mobile DJ service and a certificate in Multimedia Arts Technology with a Specialization in Audio and Sound Design from Santa Barbara City Collage (SBCC). Now I’m a Teaching Assistant for the Sound for Film class at SBCC and doing sound for my church three times a week for the Jr. High and High school youth groups. I do a fashion show once a year.
